★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Patient ada berapa orang sahaja tapi perlu menunggu lama. In charge dekat kaunter boleh tertidur tidur. Berapa kali pihak klinik tunda appointment alasan tidak munasabah which is kerusi tak cukup. Alasan kedua staff tak cukup dan ketiga kes covid meningkat. Appointment perlu tunggu 2-3 bulan. Cara communicate dengan patient too rude. Perlu usulkan ke pihak atasan. Jangan ambik kesempatan ke atas kesempitan orang.
 Poor service. There are only a few patients but they have to wait a long time. In charge near the counter can fall asleep. How many times has the clinic postponed the appointment for unreasonable reasons which is not enough seats. The reason for both staff is not enough and all three cases of covid increase. Appointments need to wait 2-3 months. How to communicate with a patient too rude. Need to propose to superiors. Don't take advantage of people's narrowness.
