★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi..I've called this clinic today 15/9/2020-1320hrs. Answered by a reception name ZIZY.. My attention is to book a time for appointment to see dentist today. It's claimed by Miss ZIZY that the clinic had ONLY 1 dentist and he/she was not feeling well/sicked today. I tried to make another booking for tomorrow or a day after but Miss ZIZY said that the dentist is still not well. Even until A MONTH from now (15/10/2020) she can't confirmed an appointment for me for treatment/to see the dentist. Poor thing that the clinic has ONLY 1 dentist and if so called "anything"happened to the ONLY dentist, there is nothing can be done! Ive contacted MiCare personal to report of this situation and my company to suggest for removing this clinic from thier panel dentist bcoz it's not capable on handling situations and reason is unacceptable ( has ONLY 1 dentist). IF "anything" happened to this ONLY one dentist,seems nothing can be done. I'm really surprised with this attitude.. 1st in history coz I'm talking about a dentist in Bandaraya Muar and not a small isolated town in the middle of the jungles.. It's really suprised me. Thank you.
