★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff di kaunter agak rude dan tidak mesra pelanggan. Layanan dingin ketika mendaftar di kaunter. Doktor pula time tu dapat doktor lelaki. Saya minta tampal gigi kiri atas yang berlubang agak besar. Dilontarkan pula kata-kata kurang enak seperti "gigi awak ni takdok harapan doh, kalau lepas tampal tu molek lagi... mujur ngat lah" sambil mendengus sepanjang rawatan berjalan. Yang hairannya saya bayar... bukannya datang minta rawatan percuma. Jalankan saja tugas anda wahai doktor. Masa tengah tampal pula sangat kasar dia buat. Kita sakit ngilu lagi ditekannya gigi tu dgn alat. Janji siap je kot baginya... kebajikan pesakit ni tak diendahkan. Yang peliknya lubang sebesar tu kurang dari 10 minit dah siap tampal. Dan tampalan sangat tak cantik. Kurang seminggu saya dapatkan treatment di Klinik Pergigian lain, tampalan terpaksa dibuka semula sebab gigi ditampal sambilewa. Dengan takde lekuk di gigi, tak polish dan terasa tajam-tajam saja di gigi. Sia-sia saja rm80 ku di klinik ni~

Surprisingly, I paid ... instead of coming for free treatment. Just do your job, doctor. The middle of the paste is very rough he made. We are in pain again when he presses the tooth with a tool. The promise is ready for him ... the welfare of this patient is ignored. The strange thing is that a hole that is less than 10 minutes is ready to be pasted. And the patch is not very pretty. In less than a week I got treatment at another Dental Clinic, the patch had to be reopened because the teeth were glued together. With no dent in the teeth, no polish and it feels sharp on the teeth. I wasted RM80 at this clinic ~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuci gigi sini best sangat. Dah banyak pergi klinik lain tapi klinik ni service paling satisfied. Tapi ada staff yang macam tak respect sikit customer. Cakap lebih kurang je. Harap ada improvement lepasni.
Brushing teeth here is very best. I've been to many other clinics but this clinic is the most satisfied service. But there are staff who do not seem to respect the customer a little. Talk about rubbing salt in my wounds - d'oh! Hope there is an improvement then.
