★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Datang klinik ni untuk buat gigi. Layanan dari Dr Gigi juga Baik. Klinik nampak mcm old style sikit. Cuma staff kaunter tak berapa ramah takde senyuman. Harap pemilik klinik ambil teguran ini sebagai positif. Dan bagi latihan kepada kakitangan.
 Come to this clinic to make teeth. The service from Dr. Gigi is also good. The clinic looks a little mcm old style. Only the counter staff is not very friendly and doesn't smile. Please clinic owners take this remark as positive. And for training to staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad one of the malay receptionist so arrogant. Never smile, and look at me like one kind. Not good for business reputation. Sorry i won't visit this clinic anymore. We have alot more option dental clinic in Alor Star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i don't like some of the staffs , some of them are rude. i feel like wanna punch their in the face . duit bayar full ke tak , sama saja . dah bayar full , baru nak baik (sikit) . itupun kadang kadang malas nak layan . how patient nak senyum kalau dilayan macam bayang bayang . but the dentist is really kind , dr. mad too. maybe it's because i'm different .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst dental ever for bracess. I would never recommend to anyone. Arrogant staff, poor attitude and bad services. Wear no gloves when handling customer's teeth. Geli nya kotoq.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hygiene problems. Dentist is not wearing mask at all time. Hand is touching patient’s (female) forehead and face during dental procedure. Please take note all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are coming this clinic for braces, I will suggest you better not to do so. You think you are saving few hundreds as compared to services in other clinic? Definitely not! The time invest definitely not worth it. Can you imagine an appointment made four months apart while others have their service every one month in other clinic;?can you imagine you have to wait at least 45minutes every appoinment and that's when you're an early bird. You have no time to discuss your problem with the dentist out of the reason 'we have too many patients' God! Why are you taking so many patients when you have previous batches of patients that haven't receive their treatment completely? How on earth they can be called and worked as professional when they handle things like this without considering the welfare of their patients?
