β β β β β I had a very pleasant experience here. Dr Gan gave me an amazing dental care. He performed my wisdom tooth surgery excellently at an affordable cost. He eased up the whole process. I highly recommend this dental everyone especially to those who had horrible experience from a previous dental visit. ? He is a young and competent dentist with a handful of knowledge and his staffs are definitely needed appreciation as well. Dr Gan is surely an expertise in this field despite his young age. May he grow to be a well-known dentist one day. ?

β β β β β A good location and comfortable dental clinic with sufficient chairs for patients while waiting. Have 2 rooms for diagnosis and dental procedures and very clean room, chairs and equipment. A state of the art and advance dental xray machine with very clear result. Dentists and assistant are very profesional and will explain clearly condition of your teeth, procedures needed and will entertain questions.

β β β β β Terrible service ever. Was done my filing on 2021 Feb, but it come off after 1 year. Thinking to get another appointment for check up, however, front desk refuse to get a slot for me instead of giving me a solution / suitable slot. First time ever post a review on google. Please improve your service.

β β β β β I have a filling that keeps coming off done by other private dentist in S2 but this time i come here the DR did so good job. The Dr explain why filling keep coming off because the hole quite big but she assuring me she will do her best.
just want 2 say thank you because its the best filling as now i can eat very well and comfortable. no more food stucking and most important the price is very affordable. (i last time do the filling other places even though cheaper a bit but no point cause bad quality, keep come off.)

β β β β β I was delighted with Dr. Shou Kee and the staff at this klinic. My husband & I are expats from the USA, living in Seremban2 for 1.5 years after 6 yrs. in Johor. I shared my fear of the usual way of cleaning teeth as I have a gold filling that sets up electrical shock when the machine is used. Dr. Shou was so kind-hearted that she dug up her tools for the traditional method and took the extra time to meet my need. She has a servantβs heart as well as technical proficiency that makes a winning combination. Highly recommend, especially for those phobic about visiting a dentist.

β β β β β Firstly, very bad customer service skill by the Indian girl who works at the counter. Donβt put a girl who is rude at the counter. Initially when I called they said just walk in and no need appointment but they said full when I reached there. Donβt make the customer to come all the way and then say slot is full or please donβt say walk in is alright when someone calls. Manage properly.

β β β β β Wanted to give a 4 but changed to 3 because of this particular experience. The Chinese girl fronting the counter was lack of customer service skills. No greetings to customer upon checking in, practically oozing a cold manner. Very poor manners and luckily other staff did not subscribe to the same attitude. Despite this, I must give a shout out to Jennifer, the radiologist there. She made the whole xray process seems enjoyable and a seamless one. She ensured the patient was comfortable, patiently guided with utmost respect. Thoroughly professional, keep it up!
