Dulu mmg sy prefer klnik gigi tg krg, even sy dok phg pun sy lbh suke g sni..tp bile servis kat bhgian pendftran boleh membawang pasal sy kat situ, plus bg info x lengkap, mnyebabkan sy terpakse dtg klinik berulang kali dlm keadaan sarat mengandung mcm ni.. nurse sdia maklum jadual utk cek gigi bayi 2tahun , pttnye beritahu siap2 kne dtg hari ap pukul brpe.. sy dah dtg kali ke3 bru gtaw mase exactly kne bawak ank utk cek up... Sy kena dtg kali KE4 ptg nty bru settle..lepasni serik dah nak dtg klnik tg krg..x MESRA PELANGGAN LANGSUNG!!!
In the past, we would prefer tooth clutches, even if we had a dental service, but we would also be able to provide the services of the bhgian patients, plus the complete info, to have the clinic repeatedly in the condition pregnant mcm ni .. nurse sdia maklum schedule utk cek gigi bayi 2tahun, pttnye inform siap2 kne dtg hari ap jam brpe .. sy dah dtg kali ke3 bru gtaw mase exactly kne bawak ank untuk cek up ... I have to go to KE4 ptg nty bru settle..this is just like you want to go to KLIK..x MESRA CUSTOMER DIRECTLY !!!

Alhamdulillah, servis di sini elok dan memuaskan (compared to the reviews before). Proses quite systematic dan efficient. Here’s why: 1. Datang dlm bulan 10 atau 11 2021 - nak check gigi (sbb gigi geraham bongsu tumbuh senget) - lepas check, dr. kata gigi impacted, jadi kena cabut. So next appointment is set (Jan 2022). 2. 3. Datang 3rd appointment. Tunggu kejap, masuk, cabut jahitan. Tanya tips cemana nak jaga. Alhamdulillah, everyone is friendly. Pada pendapat saya lah haha Here’s a few heads up I think everyone should understand dan terima before going to a government dental clinic: 1) It’s mostly FREE - SO EVERYONE GOES HERE! Jadi I think complaining about berapa lama tunggu tu boleh simpan rapi dalam hati. Benda free semua org nak ?? Kalau nk cepat siap, mmg kena datang awal. 7:45 dah terpacak depan pintu ?? 2) Operations are appointment-based - kalau nak cabut, nak tampal, atau apa2, mostly kena set appointment dulu. Takde rasanya kalau nk cuci gigi terus walk in, kena set tarikh lain. Sebab orang lain pon ada nak buat jgk, jadi kena tunggu giliran. 3) Masa2 rawatan yg spesifik - setiap appointment saya jatuh pada hari Isnin (ya, saya ambik cuti). Sebab Isnin-Khamis rawatan utk org dewasa, Jumaat utk kanak2. Kalau tak pasti, boleh call nombor yg ada kt google ni dan tanya (yes, the number is active) 4) THE LONG WAIT IS SO WORTH IT ? - Utk cabut wisdom tooth saya ni, saya ada je tnya klinik swasta nk tnya kos berapa (sbb agak lama nk tunggu klinik kerajaan ni punya). Lepas je dengar berapa klinik swasta cas, terus tak jadi. Aku rela menunggu ?? (it costs you about RM800 - RM1000 for minor oral surgery. Ya, utk cabut sebatang gigi ?). Dekat klinik tg karang ni, kalau awak kerja kerajaan, free. Mcm saya kerja swasta, kena bayar rm50 utk minor surgery. Itu shj. All in all, jika u urgent dan tiada kesabaran yg teramat tinggi utk menunggu, u can always go to other places atau klinik swasta. They’ll cost u a lot tp sgt pantas dan efisien. Klinik kerajaan ni mmg perlahan sikit prosedurnya, but still they get things done.
Alhamdulillah, the service here is good and satisfactory (compared to the reviews before). The process is quite systematic and efficient. Here’s why: 1. Coming in the month of 10 or 11 2021 - want to check the teeth (so the youngest molar teeth grow slanted) - after checking, dr. said the impacted tooth, so it had to be removed. So next appointment is set (Jan 2022). 2. Come 2nd appointment, selawat byk2 dlm hati, and undergo minor surgery (clinic staff there is a call a few days before surgery for a reminder ??) Alhamdulillah everything is ok. Dr. and assistant sgt2 chill and comforting, we as patients feel awake. Set 3rd appointment to remove stitches in the gums. 3. Come 3rd appointment. Wait a second, go in, remove the stitches. Ask for tips on how to take care. Alhamdulillah, everyone is friendly. In my opinion haha Here’s a few heads up I think everyone should understand and accept before going to a government dental clinic: 1) It’s mostly FREE - SO EVERYONE GOES HERE! So I think complaining about how long the wait can be kept in mind. Free stuff everyone wants ?? If it's ready quickly, you have to come early. 7:45 is already stuck in front of the door ?? 2) Operations are appointment -based - if you want to remove, want to paste, or whatever, mostly you have to set an appointment first. It doesn't feel like if I keep brushing my teeth and walk in, I have to set another date. Because other people want to do something, so we have to wait our turn. 3) Specific treatment times - every appointment I make falls on a Monday (yes, I take leave). Because Monday-Thursday treatment for adults, Friday for children. If you are not sure, you can call the number on google and ask (yes, the number is active) 4) THE LONG WAIT IS SO WORTH IT ? - To remove my wisdom tooth, I have a private clinic and how much does it cost (so it's a bit long to wait for this government clinic). After hearing how many private clinics charge, it still doesn't happen. I'm willing to wait ?? (it costs you about RM800 - RM1000 for minor oral surgery. Yes, to remove a tooth ?). Near the tg karang clinic, if you work for the government, it's free. Mcm I work privately, have to pay RM50 for minor surgery. That's all. All in all, if you are urgent and do not have the patience to wait, you can always go to other places or private clinics. They’ll cost u a lot tp sgt fast and efficient. The government clinic is a bit slow in its procedures, but still they get things done.
