★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dah buat appointment untuk dua orang tua pada pukul 9.30AM tapi lepas siap seorang, kena tunggu lama sebelum sampai giliran orang tua kedua.
Sebabnya mereka layan yang walk-in untuk cabut gigi dulu.
Jadinya, tak payah lah buat appointment lain kali.
Sistem queue perlu ditambah baik lagi.
 I made an appointment for two parents at 9.30AM but after one was ready, I had to wait a long time before it was the second parent's turn.
The reason is that they serve walk-ins to extract teeth first.
So, you don't have to make an appointment next time.
The queue system needs to be further improved.
