★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After going a few times, for one off simple dental procedure it's ok. But for something needing a few appointments or have complications maybe better with a clinic that have regular permanent dentists working there instead of locums. 3 times coming for the same tooth problem, you get 3 different dentists with different management, advise and expertise. Like a klinik kesihatan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service from end to end. The waiting area is so comfy, doesn’t feel like you were in clinic at all. Dr Rose & her assistant are giving the best treatment to me. Good job! Will definitely come again in the future. The only cons maybe would be the waiting time but it’s okay because you can watch Avengers movie while waiting. Overall ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked an appointment at 2 and can only start treatment at 3.15. I am certainly not happy with the waiting time. Please improve. It doesn’t need to be on the dot, i think max waiting time is 30 minutes considering I’ve set an appointment. The rest is fine, and the clinic os comfortable. The clinic is crowded on weekends. It’s my first time here so I’m not sure on other timing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get my tooth the permanent filling it needed. Love the environment of the clinic, it’s even got an arcade machine! Every corner has a sofa and TV. Service was 5 star too! You just immediately know you’re in good hands once you step in the clinic! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am satisfied with the dentist Dr. Hari. She and her assistant were very friendly and listen to me attentively and answer my questions nicely. The clinic has nice and clean facilities like the toilet and surau. They have very cozy environment to wait as well. There was not many people during my appointment. It was Tuesday night.
However, during payment, one of the staffs at the counter was really unfriendly and makes me feel sad somehow. Even during attending me and my 7 years old son upon registration. After the payment, I was thinking wether to still go here for dental appointment or not.
Sorry to leave this kind of comment. But just to say that our attitude really leaves marks on others. Hope this nice dental clinic take a serious attention to this matter and make all the staffs fulfill the motto 'Come as stranger, leave as friends'. Thank you.
