★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full Blood Count taken daily for suspected dengue with erroneous results. Repeated blood taken at another hospital few hours after, had totally different readings! We paid for the wrong results. Please calibrate/check your machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was having really bad acid reflux and coughing for a week already. First visit was with Dr Novia. Came again on the following Sunday since it gotten bad and was attended by Dr Murni. Do not recommend her at all. I told her what happened and was given so many excuses. I was seeking for help to refer me to specialist but refused and advised to seek Dr Novia. Requested for MC and she said I took MC a lot already. Which will make sense since I was really sick?? And the fact that I asked to refer to a specialist?? Not sure why that didnt register at all to her. I had to drag myself AGAIN just to see Dr Novia. And she referred me. Delays in referral also means delays in booking appointment. But managed to seek specialist’s advise few days later and was admitted immediately to hospital for 4 DAYS. I used to come here a lot with my family but this will be the last time. Never again. To Dr Murni, have some faith on your patients. If you still want to come, I would recommend Dr Yusman and Dr Novia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly neighborhood clinic. All the doctors are pleasent to see for medical advice but my fav is Dr.Lokman. Just a friendly doctor with high empathy that gives you the right vibe to start the road to recovery from your illness! Keep up the great work doc!
