★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff are good but the doctor experience is not enough... at the same day i went KLINIK PUTRAMEDIC CHERAS 24 HRS and the doctor said no fever, but i went to another clinic at the same day, but the thermo show us 39.1 degree... luckily i go another clinic to check, if not, who going to responsible to this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say that I have high expectations to this klinik after I saw a lot of good comments, but they've made me disappointed.
The ring is out of services but didn't put any notice, nobody answer until I gave them a call.
The doctor very friendly and nice but counter staff attitude is bad and the consultation fees very expensive compared to sg long clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad attitude doctor and poor service at the reception. When I first arrived there is no other patient and I still need to wait for 20 mins to get in the doctor room (hearing the doctor chit chatting loudly from outside). I had allergic reaction on my arms and the doctor wants me to take injection, which I refused to. Then she started to act very rudely. She even threaten and forced me to swallow the pills infront of her. Do I not have the right to take my medication at home??? And after I went home I saw this pill, being stucked back to the package. I have no idea how they can give out medicine like this. It’s totally nonsense.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you got to meet a good doctor, you're in luck.
The doctor force my friend to take the injection while she visited a doctor in the clinic.
While my friend refused, the doctor shouted at my friend in the room and force her to take 6 pills right in front of the doctor.
To be honest, i don't understand why the doctor have to do this.
Taking the injection/pills or not is up to the patient's will.
Additionally, my friend is allergic to a number of medical products.
This would probably be the last clinic that i would advise to attend to if you value your own life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bad luck to met this clinic! My ear canel was swollen yesterday and super pain during late night..so this is the only one choice I can went to see doctor immediately..
Doctor never give me any antibiotics and just give me pain killer and ear drops.somemore told me if the situation persists ..I somemore have to spend money to see specialist..
Hello! It swollen due to normal infection only.y ear still swollen and pain after few times ear drops medicine...and I have to see my regular doctor again.. it spend me rm50 dollar again to get antibiotics from my regular doctor!
Holy Jesus. not only spend extra.money somemore have to suffer one more day!
Next time won't go visit anymore!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor not friendly.supposely as a doctor know how calm or communicate when treat a kid. And mostly doctor i met was very friendly .But here doctor not communicate at all when treat to my son, only explain basic thing to my husband. Just waste my money to pay for consultation for rm40..its better go to farmasi and buy medicine.

Didnt update business hour on google, waste my time for waiting. Bad Service and Bad luck for nearby residents
