★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm arrive at 1340hrs and the reception said doc will be around at 1415. It's ok then. We can wait while fill in the form. Meantime two of my child (2&3yo) behave like their age. Out of sudden while my wife fill in the form, one of staff ask us to come back at 1415hrs. The qqluestion is, for what u guys open the door and ask us fill in the form and chase us out and ask us to come back? It's juz for penny?!! Shame on u!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my mother who is unwell to clinic around 9pm +++ My mother had muscle pain and couldn’t walk fast. I had walk with her. While parking the car, we saw 1 man entered the clinic. Within 1minute, we saw the “closed” sign as we walked to the door. We knocked the door, the staff/nurses looked out from the glass and showed the close sign to us. I tried showing signs that we need to see the doctor because my mom (who is 65 yrs)was standing next to me with pain and she needs to see the Dr. But they just ignored us! My question is, why do they open clinic with this kind of services. I truly understand it’s closing time but how can you let 1 person enter the clinic and closed the door within 1minute. Even though the nurses saw us, no one actually came to us to ask at least what is the problem. Such a irresponsible human being in a wrong job. Why would people wants to go clinic if they are well. How can they treat people such a way especially the elder ones. Will they do the same if people come with any accidents emergency cases?? Such a shameful act by the nurses. Will NEVER EVER return to the clinic anymore!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i already done report about this clinic,tak pernah rase dapat pekerja n doctor klinik sikap mcm ni, all my life keje da belasan thn yg syringe insurans xcover n i need to pay rm1, i dont mind actually psl tu but i do mind psl sikap every each one of them.. if anyone nk buat report do report tmpt yg sesuai for them ni tuk perbaiki sikap and service.
