★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pre-departure RTK costs RM 90 as of 22 Apr 2022. Too pricey. Cash payment only. I didn't do it. Other clinic (e.g. Clinic Medilink at Wisma MCA) costs lower.

That Malay lady is being selective treating patient. Will only talk nicely to expatriate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in for a pre-departure PCR test and called beforehand to book an appointment. The rep said walk ins are fine, and said to come before 3:30pm. I arrived at 3pm and didn't wait at all for my test. It was done quick and easy after filling in some forms. BUT, my biggest complaint is that they ONLY TAKE CASH, which they could have warned me about when I called earlier, but didn't. I mentioned this and they just said, "we don't usually tell patients to bring cash or what." Basically, customer service isn't great. If you are coming in for a PCR test, remember to bring at least RM250 with you, or else you'll have to withdraw from the ATM downstairs, which incurs charges and is a hassle.
Update: managed to get my result in less than a day. Paid for the 48 hour test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the rudest clinics I have been to. I was told by a friend that they were offering walk in for the booster dose, she got her booster dose on this day, so I went there as well. There were two staff at the front counter who were not friendly or helpful at all, and told me there is no walk in, next walk in will be available coming Tuesday. They were rude and kept rolling their eyes at me. I asked them if I could make an appointment for next Tuesday for the booster and one of them rudely replied "Nama dah panggil walk in, mana boleh bagi appointment". There was not a single ounce of respect towards their customers, and if I was seriously ill, I wouldn't be comfortable coming to this clinic only to be talked down by a bunch of staff nurse. Really horrible service. Will not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The female Indian doctor in room number one when i came to check in the afternoon 20th jan is very rude and unprofessional, she talking with me while chi chat on her phone. And go to pickup personal phone call while checking my symptoms. The way she talking i feel like i am slave or the one she really hate. No ideas what happened to this people and how to be called doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front staffs are so rude. They don't support to help patient at all.
It's all about the behavior problem.
Especially the old lady is so impolite. she seemed like she worked there for a long time. But the attitude is the worst among the staffs.
Because of the staffs, I don't want to visit there anymore even though doctors are nice.
They should learn and be educated how to treat patient and even normal customers if they really want to work at the front.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one star is even overrated. The chinese aunty at the recep is extremely rude. Waited 90 mins for a 1 min consultation, later waiting for another 1 hour for simple medication, one ointment. It is understandable if there is a lot of patients, but the fact is there is not much patient. She keeps rolling her eyes and being rude and impatient. As patient, we are more impatient due to your lousy services! discriminate on locals and only being nice to expatriate. please, as a clinic that is expensive with your fees, looking down on locals that can afford your medical expenses, feeling humiliated stepping into your clinic. this clinic is trash even the doctor is quite nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommend here by my father. He's has been using this clinic for three years and i see exactly what my dad says. Doctors are great but two of the three front staff need training. I don't want to mention their names but one just won't communicate and one is like a grumpy old woman. See Dr Grace Jobina and Dr. Malkit. Fantastic doctors. Dr. Sharon Kaur is too. Don’t see the other doctor, she's arrogant and doesn't seem to care about her patients.
