★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the clinic to inquire but the doctor Siva straightaway answered with question "what is the problem" and he answered himself that they are busy before i explain anything. The nurses are helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were very rude.. and they just prescribe a lot of medicine.. medicines which are not related to your disease.. and the prices are so high.. one time visit.. straight up pay rm100.. not less than that.. not going to this clinic anymore??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very unprofessional clinic. I went there specifically asking for hepatitis A injection as I was taking hep b at a different place and they mixed it up. I called them in a month for the second dose and they said they gave me hep B. I spoke to the doctor and he asked me to come for a another hep B jab. This makes no sense as I’ve taken been mis injected the third dose with a span of few days. The doctor did not care about that and just wanted me to get another jab. This is a sales man just wanting to sell things and not a medical practitioner. Please do not go here as they’ll say anything to get you in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used my company insurance card for this visit. The counter staff refused to disclose the charges and only wants me to sign on the blank panel form. Very unprofessional.
Doctor also refuse to give referral letter saying it’s nothing and I should take the medication first, if after 1 week it doesn’t go then only come again and we’ll see what else we can do. Im not a fan of simply ingesting drugs for trial and error. Went to a specialist without a referral letter and true enough upon further scanning specialist found cyst. Do not recommend this Clinic. Cost me money for the specialist charges. Could have claimed the medical cost. I hope these kind of GP understand that working people are busy and cannot always find time to keep returning to Clinic for your trial and error attitude when specilist can just scan and find out and sometimes it could be an urgent medical reason. Refusing a referral letter simply to satisfy own medical ego. Do not have the patient’s interest at heart. Stay away from this Clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy service and extremely expensive. Went to enquire for a university admission health examination which including urine test (albumin and sugar) and chest x-ray.
When I entered the clinik, the staff at counter didn’t wear their facemask at all. The lady took a look on my health examination form. She use her finger to get some saliva before turning to next page of the forms.
The doctor also put his facemask under his chin.
Hello, this is not market, this is a clinic. And during this pandemic, they didnt comply the SOP at all.
Oh ya, the test cost up to RM280. Luckily I know the market rate for these test. So i left and looked for a better clinic for the test.
