★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My advice to everyone, do not go to this clinic. They have a very unprofessional and unfriendly doctor. Went there for ultrasound scan, funny is the doc did the scan for less than 1 minutes and very harsh. It cost me rm100+.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did scanning TWICE here, The first doctor is very friendly and gentle. The second doctor not so much. On the other hand, Very fast service I would say. I would recommend this If you don't mind paying more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t go to this clinic.. the doctor is unprofessional do the scan 1 minutes without explaination and cannot sure the baby gender.. and then inform me can go home already.. waste my money! I come here to check the baby gender since I’m 19weeks pregnant!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was very upset when I went to the Siti Taman Dato Harun clinic for my wife and was waiting for 1 hour plus for see the doctor, she had back pain and wanted to ask the doctor on duty but the doctor asked a stupid question that my wife had to hit blah blah blah and asked the same question over and over again but didn’t say because of the pain . finally I can't figure out why she's having back pain. The money I pay will not last forever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went there around 8pm++, need to wait more then 1hour to get family planning injection. Totally unacceptable because Klinik Siti (a private clinic), not Klinik Kesihatan Taman Medan (government clinic) which is low fee around RM1 only.
If this is how you are doing business, then you cannot sustain long, hoping new clinic will open soon around here and can provide better service than Klinik Siti.
Your business is customer service related, if you cannot provide good service, then you will not have any returning customer or worst, these bad-experienced customers will circulate bad impression to others regarding your clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m one of the loyal customer here. Not gonna lie but the current Dr is really bad. My daughter has a lot of ulcer. Something I’ve never once experienced and see my entire life. The Dr acts like it’s pretty normal and didn’t even explain how and why it happened. Like she is rushing to be somewhere. Not gonna come here again. Thanks for your patronage.
