★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, waited too long at the counter, could hear the nurse and dr chit chatting loudly, did not even notice the presence of a patient. secondly, the dr did not give a professional explanation. will definately not visit here again and i wonder how do they have 4 stars. got cheated by the reviews.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my mom for pfizer booster jab. Her appointment is at 10.30 allocated by mysejahtera. I came at 10.20 and saw a long line. Enquired at counter if appointment needed to que outside also and she said yes. Realised that most of the ppl queing is for walk in. Dont make sense to me why appointment need to que together. Shouldnt you guys divide and do appointment first? Whats the point of having appointment then? I cancelled straight away and going to go other place to get the booster.
Oh and one more thing, maybe you guys shouldnt do so many walk in if u cant manage it properly. I could see your nurse being agitated when i asked her questions. She was not very happy probably due to handling too many people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our first time and first child to scan our baby. I'm 7 weeks that time, my experience with Indian female doctor was not good. The nurse was ok. When i first time come into the room, the doctor still with her earphone on the ear, and gave the order to my husband to stay outside (because of covid maybe). The doctor not good approach me. She just asked me about my intention and I said I just want to confirm my pregnancy, she's asking me when I last 1st day period and I answer it like normal. She direct order me to lay down on the bed and start doing scanning without explain very detailed about my pregnancy. I blur that time because this is my first time to scan, and of course I don't know much about my pregnancy journey. She just consults me like clinic government doctor (But not all the government doctor are bad. Certain doctor only). I don't know she is locum doctor or permanent doctor in that clinic. If she is just government doctor, better not to bring government style at private clinic, we paid the consultation and not worth for the value of we're paying with the experience we got on that time. I hope the doctor will do better service with other patient.
