Cara komunikasi yang mudah faham serta penerangan yg mudah dlm medical term bg kami yg bukan back-ground medical, amat berpuas hati dengan layanan yg diberi. Teruskan layanan bagus anda pihak klinik. Keep up good work. ??????
 Alhamdulillah, things are simplified. The doc service was great for me who first followed the detailed scan process for our first baby. Easy-to-understand communication methods and easy explanations in medical terms for those of us who are not medical background, very satisfied with the services provided. Continue your good service to the clinic. Keep up good work. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dua minggu lepas bawa isteri buat pemeriksaan kehamilan.
Alhamdulillah dari pendaftaran di kaunter sehingga konsultansi dengan Dr Fatin, semuanya terbaik.
Kali ke 2 hadir buat scan, sekali lagi, layanan daripada front staff di kaunter sangat baik dan penerangan dpd Dr Fatin sangat mudah difahami dan sangat baik.
Alhamdulillah nampak kantung dan dapat dengar degupan jantung janin.
Sekaligus menggembirakan hati kami.
Persekitaran yg selesa dan luas.
*Masa kami hadir tiada orang.
Kudos to staff dan Dr Fatin. Semoga Allah permudah segala urusan kamu semua.
Two weeks ago he brought his wife for a pregnancy test.
Alhamdulillah from the registration at the counter to the consultation with Dr Fatin, everything is the best.
The 2nd time I came for the scan, again, the service from the front staff at the counter was very good and the explanation from Dr Fatin was very easy to understand and very good.
Alhamdulillah, you can see the sac and you can hear the fetal heartbeat.
At the same time cheering our hearts.
Comfortable and spacious environment.
*The time we were present no one.
Kudos to the staff and Dr. Fatin. May Allah make all your affairs easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selasa 8th Mac 2022 10.5pm. Saya dtg nak buat scan baby. 1st pregnancy semua mommies mesti excited tambah2 bila tengok baby bergerak dlm perut. Doc tu langsung tak bagi any reaction atau bercakap apa2 masa scan. Hanya ckp sepatah dua je. Saya rasa macam syok sendiri pula. Saya sgt tak puas hati dgn service doc malam tu. Langsung takde consultations, tak friendly, bila tanya hanya dijawab “emm, ya”. Bila saya ckp ada sakit tekak & selsema doc hanya ckp nanti saya bagi ubat skali. Tanpa check apa2. At last kena bayar consultation fees. Saya mmg tak puas hati. Layanan teruk dari doc. Sedih & geram terbawa2 sampai ke rumah. Harap pihak klinik buat sesuatu. Kami bayar, bukan free.
Tuesday 8th March 2022 10.5pm. I want to do a baby scan. 1st pregnancy all mommies must be excited plus when they see the baby moving in the womb. The doc didn't give any reaction or talk during the scan. Just ckp a word or two. I feel like a shock myself. I was very dissatisfied with the doc service that night. Immediately no consultations, not friendly, when asked only answered "emm, yes". When I ckp there is a sore throat & cold doc just ckp later I will for skali medicine. Without checking anything. At last payable consultation fees. I'm really not satisfied. Bad service from doc. Sad & angry carried to the house. Hope the clinic does something. We pay, not free.

This is a new clinic. Not feb 2022. Quite a big room waiting for him too. Friendly employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner tolong la tengok Doc yang buat lokum tu. Setakat banyak cawangan tapi servis ala kadar baik ada 1 cawangan je. Doc pemalas layan orang nak taknak konon ramai patient padahal sorang je..terus jadi rasa mahal dan tak berbaloi. Cyberjaya residents..pergi klinik lain je la. Banyak lagi kat area situ.
Owner, please look at Doc who made the locum. As many as there are many branches, but the service is good, there is 1 branch. Doc is lazy to serve people, he doesn't want to say that there are a lot of patients, even though he's alone ... it continues to feel expensive and not worth it. Cyberjaya residents..go to another clinic. Many more in that area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah, in contrary to other reviews I had a good experience at Klinik Siti Pakar Wanita Cyberjaya. The receptionist is welcoming and Dr Fatin is very good at handling my case. She listened and gave very good advice (that suits my lifestyle) about how to move forward and heal. The price is reasonable in my opinion. Please continue the good service guys!
