Both the nurse and the doctor are very kind..They also explain the factor of our sickness ....It might look like a nursery and baby caring clinic but it act like a normal clinic

The staff and the female doctor were very nice and friendly. I went there for ultrasound scan because of pain in my abdomen. The doctor was expert and explained every single findings clearly. Luckily I went to the right clinic. I really recommend this clinic. Oh yeah the price was cheap also.

Last Sunday, I went to this clinic for my baby's 4 months check up and pneumococcal jab. Unfortunately, I got the worst experience ever. 1. When I entered the consultation room, the doctor straight away injected my baby without taking her height, weight and head circumference measurements first. When I asked the doctor why she didn't do it, she said it is no need for a 4 months old baby. I am confused as it is in the baby's book that all the measurements needed to be taken and when my husband called the clinic before this, they also stated that all the measurements are inclusive with the vaccination. When I asked her to refer the baby's book, she looked confused and fell silent. And only after referring the book, she said that she will do the measurements. But the thing is, the baby was already injected and cried in pain how do you expected to do the measurements correctly? For sure there were some errors because the reading was taken promptly while the baby was in pain and couldn't lie still. The doctor just measured height and weight. She didn't take the head circumference measurement and left the box in the book empty. 2. After we went back home, I went through my baby's book and again I realized that the doctor wrongly calculated my baby's BMI. 5.8kg of weight and 63cm of height, how come the BMI is 19kg/m2 ? I wonder how she didn't aware of this when she referred and marked in the BMI chart. It is not logical if last month BMI was 14.2kg/m2 suddenly this month is 19kg/m2 whereas the additional in weight and height were just 300g and 2cm. My husband and I were so frustrated. The amount we pay is not cheap but the service is so bad. Previously we had the similar experience in Klinik Siti Puncak Jalil where the doctor is so unfriendly. The only thing she does was injected my baby and all the other measurements were done by the clinic assistant and then that's all, you may exit the room. Because of that we decided to go to Putrajaya branch and fortunately we met Dr Siti Zaharah who is very kind, gentle and does her work right. We return to this branch this month in the hope that we will met Dr Zaharah again but unfortunately she wasn't there and we met the other doctor who did everything as per mentioned above. This review means nothing but for the betterment of the clinic. I really want to support Malay business but if this is what I get, I better go to the other Chinese pediatric clinic whose service is topnotch regardless of higher fees.

Never pickup call. Try to call for emergency cases from evening to night but nobody answered. Do not publish your contact number if you don't bother to pickup the call. Try again another day to ask regarding covid test but same as previous experience. NOBODY BOTHER TO ANSWERED THE CALL.

The working hour is so confusing, it is stated that 9 am to 11am but i went there, they said on prayer break. I understand but i think they should do rotational shift whereby when someone break, the other one can take over so the clinic can continued operated. If you dont want to do that, stated there that the operational hour are 9 to 1 and start again 2 to 11pm.

Unfriendly service. Went for ultrasound checkup for my first pregnancy. Me and my husband both not quite understand on the scan. But there is no further explanation. No tips or advices. Not recommended

Dr Zaharah was very friendly. Recommended to do full scanning for your pregnancy here. She explained everything very well during the scanning and she’s very knowledgeable about pregnancy. Terbaik!
