★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pernah ke sini untuk ambil neb disebabkan asma teruk dan alahan. Orang di kaunter boleh pandang je saya dan tanya kenapa tak pergi hospital? Lepastu dia suruh tunggu doc (lama saya tunggu) dan bila saya kata saya dh tak tahan, barulah terkial-kial nak bagi neb. Nafas dah hujung2 tapi doc pon asyik tanya kenapa tak pergi hospital. Kalau waktu tu saya masih lagi boleh bernafas saya dah pergi hospital dah..tak perlu datang klinik berhampiran! Seriously, orang dah sakit hujung nyawa tapi concern semua orang adalah tentang hospital??? Inilah kali pertama dan terakhir saya datang klinik ni! Bad service
 Ever been here to take neb due to severe asthma and allergies. People at the counter can look at me and ask why not go to the hospital? Then he told me to wait for the doc (I've been waiting for a long time) and when I said I can't stand it, then I started to want to share. My breath is over, but the doc is busy asking why he didn't go to the hospital. If at that time I can still breathe, I have gone to the hospital ... there is no need to come to the nearest clinic! Seriously, people are sick to the end of their lives but everyone's concern is about the hospital ??? This is the first and last time I came to this clinic! Bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ doktor tak profesional, tengah consult dengan wife boleh sembang gelak dengan staff hal peribadi.takde kaitan dengan apa pesakit . tunggu ubat lebih dari 15minit, bila ambil ubat dekat kaunter nampak staf tgh mkn patut la lambat tunggu ubat ?. Datang 3 kali layanan sama je teruk better dari klinik kota kemuning. Last la dtg sini .
unprofessional doctor, in the middle of consulting with his wife, he can have a laugh with the staff on personal matters. It has nothing to do with what the patient is. wait for the medicine for more than 15 minutes, when taking the medicine near the counter, it seems that the high school staff should be slow to wait for the medicine ?. Came 3 times the same service je worse better from the clinic in the city of Kemuning. Last la dtg sini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife went to this clinic due to abnormal pain on his back and tummy area. She reach there at 2.45pm (11.6.2021). But the doctor reluctant to see the emergency patient and ask to wait. The front counter girl said 'Kena tunggu sekejap, Doctor nak makan'. What the hell is going on ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To bad.. my husband walk-in for treatment . The Dr not access my husband properly to sad no vital sign has checked .To Klinik Siti branch please being proper when u check ur patient. Got mmc not just being give a patient MC .to bad sorry tq

Service hauk, struggle with kids screaming and ask us to fill the form... dah bg detail why dont help us fill tue form? Dah la detail yg sama ulang2 disuruh isi.
Service sama la dgn service klinik gomen.
Dont tell if to go to gomen la oi, without us yg support u guys. U cant sustain. Serve ur customer right.
And dont treat like every patient pemalas la konon nak saving MC. If they ask for it means they need it.
If u guys wondering perlu ke x bg? Look at previous mc la. Senang cerita call company dia la tnya bila last MC. Judge org mcm staff xpernah sakit.
No need to call me for confimation la. Change all ur attitude and service.
