★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Setakat ni pergi memang xpernah mengecewakan. Staff n doctor sgt friendly. Doktor beri explaination kenapa kenapa n kenapa. Bukan sekadar suggest ubat semata2. Harga xde la mahal. Berpatutan dgn servis yg mereka beri. Definitely will come again.
 So far, going has never been disappointing. Staff n doctor sgt friendly. The doctor gave an explaination why why n why. Not just suggest medicine. The price is expensive. Affordable with the service they provide. Definitely will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah..baru lepas buat details scan petang td..over all semua ok dan puas hati servis kt klinik Sofea..doktor terangkan keadaan baby sgt detail..cuma tulahhh..baby je yg malu2 nak tunjuk muka kt kami..
Alhamdulillah..just did the details scan in the afternoon td..over all everything is ok and satisfied with the service at Sofea's clinic..the doctor explained the baby's condition in great detail..it's just that..the baby is embarrassed and wants to show his face to us ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a bad experience of coming all the way from Melaka to catch the opening promotion. We made sure to ask on Facebook if we needed to make an appointment but they insisted for our treatment we only had to walk-in. Before arriving we called again and asked about the appointment and the waiting time - the staff said there were not many patients. After waiting for about 40 minutes they said that the patient before us had an appointment of a detailed scan that would take about an hour. So we decided to cancel and go back home. I think the staff could improve on managing clients' expectation especially in terms of appointments and waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The counter staff was very helpful and accommodating. She helped to fix an appointment on the same day even though i came without one. The doctor was very soft spoken and very efficient. She tried her best to help when i explained that i need the result urgently. The clinic was also very clean and comfortable
