★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service from the front register. Even when registering they have this lazy-why-you-disturb-me- kinda attitude. Plus, I accidentally stepped on cat poop before entering the clinic and did not realized it till they mentioned it. Already apologise but they gave me an attitude and were bad mouthing me in Tamil, just because I couldn't understand it. VERY VERY RUDE. NEVER COMING BACK. AND NOT RECOMMENDING FOR ANYONE ELSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad front desk service , opening time is 9am but doctor comes in 40 minutes late , overall service is bad. Seems like their staff is also taking their own sweet time to do things. you may still come here if out of choice or don't want to wait in queue

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ recently went there because i had an infection, from the walk-in till getting my meds, the whole process was pretty quick and efficient. staff was friendly and said all the right things. the meds they provided was pretty effective as well, my infection instantly got better the next day. although one thing to note, they only take cash in terms of methods of payment so please prepare in advance!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff face looked unhappy when see customer enter. Very fast service because no other waiting patient. Doctor do nothing and just order his staff to do whatever necessary. Charged RM120 just for Poisonous sore treatment with few medicines given. Feel a bit expensive for normal clinic.
