★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for walk-in covid-19 booster. Name already in KKM list for appointment but a plus-size nurse with a loud rude voice shrugged me off and told me "belum ada nama tak boleh siapa suruh datang sini?" but she has check also that my name is in the list. Went to other listed clinic for covid vaccine and got my booster instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service provided by the Indian doctor on 19//11/2021 at 11 am something. He spoke very softly even I can't hear clearly and forced to ask him repeat many times. He seems can't solve problems until I control not to squirrel with him.
This was first and last visit to Klinik Soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service was provided by an Indian doctor, prescribed injection for my grandma's vomiting symptom. During the process of seeking treatment, he rejected to answer my aunt on what was the name of the prescribed injection. My aunt requested to know about the name of the injection being prescribed on my grandma, at least she has a record and google about the medicine, but the doctor was impatient and questioned "what for?" and asking her "are you not trusting me?". In this situation, he did not respect the patient's right to know about the treatment/medicine. Instead of informing the information of the treatment/medicine, he blamed the patient did not trust him just because the patient requested the info of medicine. As an ethical medical doctor, he must know that every patient has his/her right to know about the treatment/medicine that his/her will receive. After the injection, my grandma's condition turned worse and passed away. Not blaming the received treatment caused death, but hoping the doctor be ethical and respect every patient's right.
