The reception at front is really very rude. Dont even give a chance to ask any doubt... The way she asked 'You nak apa', with loud tone... So rude... Dont know to respect human being...

Num 1 clinic in Malaysia for stroke patient. Just one injection needed. ?But plan your visit. It can get very crowded and unorganised.

In google stated 4pm to 11pm but the opening time is after 4pm.... Then many people r waiting from 2pm .... Most of the patients are cmng all over the malaysia and waiting for so long under the hot weather.... The clinic should open early so the patients can go back by time because the route the clinic is not very safe.... Should adjust the time for patients and their fmly goodness and should open the clinic on time .... Most of them r waiting in empty stomach to get the token number.... Even though the treatment given by the doctor is good but the services provided is bad....

Its my 2nd time here. Bring my father (stroke) on wheelchair. Medication/treatment wise is ok i guess. But i would like to suggest to the management to improve on the queing/registration system. It is the clinic's policy to give priority to patients on wheelchair. However I still see havoc during registration process. People waited 3-4 hours before the clinic opened, without a queue line. So when the clinic open, the staff give the queue number quite randomly. We cant blame the staff, as they wont know who queue first. People start to rush to get the number. Looks very unsystematic. I highly suggest the clinic to prepare a queue line like those in cinema or bank, with a priority lane to those with wheelchair, even before the clinic open. Better late then never.

Hi,I’m from Kuantan. My father got stroke on 3rd March 2021, left side body. We were recommended from family and friends to try this clinic for further treatment. At first we had doubts but we decided to give a try and fix the appointment on 15th March 2021. We met Doctor Muthu Veerappan. As it was our first visit, the doctor was good, friendly and polite. He examined my father and gave an injection and said to follow up with Hospital medicine and physiotherapy and also his medication. The charges for treatment are reasonable. After we arrived at Kuantan, day by day till today date 25th March 2021, my father got changes in his movement. He could stand, walk slowly with a quad walking stick, his left hand and fingers got movement slightly and also he could turn to his right side for sleeping. It was just a miracle in a moment for us, because I personally had met few stroke patients that barely had any option to recover and lead a normal life. I am taking my father for 2nd appointment in the following month. I strongly suggest to all of you to give a try at this clinic for your family and friends who have strokes. And also follow the advice of the Doctor. I am taking this opportunity to thank Doctor Muthu Veerappan for the treatment given. As you said, my father will go back to his normal life and it is proven from the 1st medication you gave and we have more faith in your treatment. Once againTHANK YOU DOCTOR.

i am sorry to say this but the staff really treat my mom so bad. this is my mom second appointment and they forgot to give my mom the card of their clinic on my mom first appointment and arguing that they already gave it. i remember it clearly that they dont even give it. the staff also keep repeating that my mom is orang asing. i know my mom is a foreigner and not malaysian but at least show some respect.
