β β β β β Bad reception service ever and the management is terrible. There's no social distance awareness here and the management system is a mess. For people who seriously ill, please avoid visit here because you gonna have to wait for probably half day among crowded area.
The environment and the interior of the clinic also not sanitary and full of spider webs and insect corps. Despite of that, the environment also full of dusts.
I'm having my body check medical report here and I'll never visit here any more due to many discomfort about the services and treatment. I've been comming for several times due to the reason from the staff there : 'doctor is not here' , 'we don't have the meds here' and so on.
Even the treatment also not professional, I'm having an injection but the nurse just prep the needle with meds from nowhere. Then, the doctor just one-handed simply cucuk on my arm, the worst part is after the injection they leave my arm bleeding without giving me any cotton buds or plaster on it.
Kindly advice for people who expected fair service and treatment DO NOT visit here.

β β β β β First time went to this clinic and the service was ridiculously bad! The staff keep shouting, mad at the patients without having any empathy or common sense to help the patients and disrespectful. When youβre a frontline and you need to treat your patients, please have manners and basic etiquette of customer service. Thatβs the basic thing when you sign up for this job.

β β β β β Im just gonna say this, if you are the only medical officer who are capable of injecting the vaccine and also assisting outpatient. DONT TAKE THE VACCINATION CENTER CONTRACT. Just go with your normal day to day outpatient. 30 minutes of vaccination took me 2 hours. Better go for other places.

β β β β β I came here for my vaccination. Very unprofessional. Staffs were shouting. I was waiting for more than 40 mins. The doctor failed to explain about the vaccine that Iβm about to get and I thought itβs a procedure. They didnβt even tell me whatβs the dosage and type of vaccine Iβm getting. If you donβt know about how to manage ppv, please donβt put your legs in it. Worst clinic ever. Please cancel your appointment and maybe go for other ppv.
