★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I definitely WON'T come here if it is not the only panel clinic near my house. The male staff at the registration counter is slacking and having those kinda no bother attitude. Took my IC but didnt register and left. Worst service i encounter so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called on 11th of july 4 times (8am, 950am, 1020am, 1140am)in the morning to confirm for my son's circumcision appointment. Girl on the phone confirmed i can come on 19th at 10am. But when i came, they said doctor was on emergency leave without prior notice. I doubt they even put my name in the appointment date because they were asking for my name, when did i call as if they didnt know that there is actually an appointment on tht day. Really dissapointed because i planned with my husband and took paid leave for nothing. Called most other clinics on that day but all must set an appointment first. Very bad experience for a first time customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. I went to the clinic at 8pm.. I have a fever, severe headache and sore throat.. after consulting the doctor (malay lady), the doctor refused to give mc for tomorrow. She can only give mc for the day that I came... what's the point of me coming after work and get mc for that day?! The funniest part, at the meds counter, the doctor prescribed a paracetamol only. I could've got that at mini grocery store. No need to consult doctor for that..
