Tidaklah teruk sangat, tetapi boleh ditambah baik.
I'm not sure if the receptionist was that kind of friendly or that day his mood was not good.
Not too bad, but it can be improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist dia perempuan. Ada sorang tu pakai cermin mata tak silap. Gila berlagak. Tak ada bahasa. Senang kata kurang ajar. Pekerja macam tu membawa musibah kepada klinik. Orang jadi tak suka nak pergi situ. Harap doktor baca la review mereka yang dah datang sana dan boleh tukar dengan pekerja lain.
The receptionist is a woman. Someone is wearing glasses that are not wrong. Crazy pretentious. No language. Happy rude words. Such workers bring misfortune to the clinic. People do not like to go there. Hope the doctor reads their review who has come there and can exchange with other employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klinik berbayar..kos agak mahal...berbanding klinik lain..tp x sesak x perlu tggu lama da keluar blk dgn ati yg sng..dok ok cek semua ok...ada fizikal touched ini yg perlu..pesakit rasa di layan rapi..
Paid clinic..cost is quite expensive ... compared to other clinics..tp x crowded x need to wait a long time and come out with a good heart..dock ok check everything is ok ... there is this physical touch that is necessary..patients feel in neat service ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic is located nearby to the city area which is very convenient for the civilian to visit.
Now, the main problem is the unethical rude attitude of the receptionist who is working in this clinic.
1. No respect for others.
2. No work ethics.
3.Rude, Arrogant , lazy and had a negative attitude
4. A lack of care and compassion, such as staff not doing enough to ensure the patient was comfortable.
People are coming in with sick condition, and you treat them as a trash bin just because you are being paid. Do keep in mind that you are being paid because patients are coming to this clinic.
To the owner of this clinic or the head of this clinic, please send your staff for a management skills or at least a course to learn how to be professional, dress like one and treat patients or else, you may lose more patients in years to come.
