★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service...wanna make appointment but line 24/7 busy...then when come the receptionist said why not call first...im like dont u check ur phone line or what...n yeah their schedule its like they dont wanna work...if can gv -5 star its better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in due to chest pain and asked the clinic assistant if they have ECG before the registration. She clearly said they have. She went inside the consultation room, met the locum doctor at that time and walked out just to tell me that their ECG is out of service! The clinic hours is till 9pm but they were getting ready to close by 8pm. If you are eager to go back home, then don't operate at all! Had to go to another nearby clinic. Very disappointed.

Lucky 1 time got someone picked up and clearly can hear ppl is talking but then straight hang up my call. thereafter 24/7 in busy. if you number stated is no mean to let people call inquiry or appointment, please remove it. Wondering the doctor is aware of his staff is really working there. Sorry to say that if google review allow for rate for zero star, i'll happy to rate it as "zero star".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes the line is always engaged but after business hour suprisingly the line is back to normal. I guess the goverment hospital is a lot better. If i cruel enough I will save your clinic number as "bad service clinic" so this name will pop-up everytime people call via trucaller. Savage.
