★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurse staff attitude is very poor. Throw tendrum when I get her to write my name correctly on the medical certificate. No matter how good the doctor is, rating for the clinic service dropped because of the staff arrogant attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst walk-in clinic experience I ever had. The receptionist is one of the worst I've ever met. Busy playing with her phone and when approached - behaves rudely like you owe her or the clinic money. Unless you are really dying please find another alternative.

Dr Aloysius is a friendly & experienced doctor. Nurses are soft spoken. Lots of panel insurance. Reasonable charges.
There's a laundry dobi, mini market & mamak on the same row of shops. Best part is free & ample car park space. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went because my scalp was really itchy until i felt like vomiting but the Dr aloysius was grumpy , even corrected my sentenced and raised his voiced when i said i didnt heard him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just love the doctor. He loves to share a lot of things for your knowledge and make your pain go away. He is super super nice and the only reason why I always come here. You can sit in the room and talk like a family member with the doctor!
But, today I just had to leave this review, the receptionist is the rudest receptionist I have ever met in my entire life (the blonde lady) Don't think she deserves to work in a clinic with her attitude because you work in a clinic where you want to help people. Whats the point if you can't even be nice, which is the most basic thing.
She didn't even greet, didn't say anything eventho I was already in front of the counter until I said to her I want to see the doctor and she asked me to sit. Waited for half an hour and still nothing? The least she could do is to brief me or allow me to register my name or just let me know what is going on if the doctor is in, or busy or what. Also she didnt even explain all the medicines intake and etc ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Aloysius is one of the kindest doctors, well mannered and enjoys a good chat with patients to make you feel better. Though the clinic is slightly run-down and the receptionist seemed abit stuck-up, my overall experience was good.
