★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today im going for take off my nails... Bad service from doc... She didn't put bius.. Just spray & start to take off my nails.. I request from her for bius she said cannot.. We pay the service not free ok!!!!Very pain n poor n bab service from doctor!! others clinic mostly put vius for a while..my friend also facing like this last time.. She does at others clinic.. I thought all clinic will do the same thing.. My bad experience here!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 630pm. I reach clinic but the nurse reluctant open the door for me. Suppose clesing time is 7pm.
The attitude of nurse is reaally very bad no educated at all. I knock at the door & they just ignore me.
Doctor service is good but the way nurse service is extremely bad, if to rate them I give them 0 mark.
IF let say I'm heart attack patient n waited them just to open door wasted 15 minutes then open door. Further open the door NOT THE NURSE it's the patient departing I only hv change go in. I really hope Dr POH look into this area.
Ps educate Yr nurse be more polite n respect yr patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evidence speaks for itself. Every time I went for my follow ups, there were lots of patients waiting. Dr Por is a very caring and confident doctor. Also,, her dispensary staffs are very efficient, you'll get your medicines just a minute or two after you come out from consultation.
