★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my mom for a mouth infection check up. So the dr advised to take medicines fr a week and consult ENT specialist at BM Hospital. I requested for a referral letter in case there is an emergency and I need to go to the hospital. So the Dr charged me RM25 for a referral letter. And when I asked about it, she told that previously it is RM15 and now price has increased to RM25. I refused to take the letter as it no makes sense fr a Dr to charge fr a referral letter. Is this a normal practise at private clinics? Because I have got referral letters from other private clinics and have not experienced such ridiculous scenario.
I would rate 0 if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this clinic today and was treated by dr yew su jin. I did an ultrasound for my pregnancy. at first she treated me well but after I asked her to put my name in the ultrasound report, she started mentioning that she worked in this clinic for 6 years and keep repeating and she sd never put the patient’s name in their ultrasound report. I did an ultrasound with 6 years of experience dr not putting the patient's name on their report even u asked for that nicely. I can show you my previous ultrasound report, there is my name on it. I pay for medical services as well for consulting services so what is your problem when I ask you to put my name nicely?i have my right as a patient. I will not come to this clinic again or recommend this clinic to anyone else !!! I paid RM95 for a 2d + ultrasound consultation service. Not worth it ! Where else i can make complaint?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The clinic sign board mentioned it’s open until 10.30 and signboard mentioned until 11pm but they went at 9.30pm and they said it’s closed…pls update the opening hours accordingly!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Etiquette problem. worst reception, " Reject provide treatment", the whole gang closes the clinic at 9:15pm , earlier than the stated operation time. Even 920pm. They reject to provide treatment although I was sick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been worked here almost 8 years , everyday we received 250+ before covid almost 400 patients for those patient that always complaint i didnt get why still have many patient came here ? complained but still come ?usually come only for mc ? for operating hours our board mentioned until 11pm but before this we have MCO ,so our operating hours was shortly until 9:30 pm ,, we are closed counter before 9:15pm due we have to punch card at 9:30 pm ? so try u think if u must punch card on 9:30 no need to closed counter early mehhh ? no need to count money clear shift shut down all plug and suis closed the outside doors ? we all here dont have home to go back mehhh think laaa ? dont think only urself we also have family have child to pick up after go back work,,, if u really emergency please go to hospital we are not icu not all cases can resolve here,,please come early if u really need to see dr dont selfish ?♀️ #LUAHAN HATI PEKERJA UNION ( org takkan faham kerja kita ) ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic integrates a child specialist at next door. Usually crowded, expect waiting time approximately 30mins, non business day could take longer waits. Pediatrician has great patience to explain the cause of the sickness and prevention. Operating hours is from 8am to 11pm. It is advisable to call the clinic before visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This clinic has long operating hours which severed my needs for many years; open at 8am and closes at 11pm. Doctors and nurses are friendly. Plenty of space and sitting to accommodate many patients. There is a kid playing area too. Place is cooling as there area many air conditioning, but sometimes it is too cold. Near by had food to eat and a supermarket, ski while waiting, you can go out conveniently.
