★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my hsbd telling them he had vomitted & diarrhoea. D nurses sd...Oh...covid symptoms. Must go back door for RTK. Actually, we understand...ok. But why can't jus go straight thru d hall. But no... insisted dat we shld send him 1 big round to d backdoor using car. Ridiculous...i scolded them & marched out of d clinic. They tried to explain sd ezy can evn use their wheelchair push him 1 round on d road...in d hot sun! Moron, such crazy idea. No brain at all...asked a sick stroke patient, with diarrhoea & dizziness after vomited to run around... No more business from us, Klinik Wellcare Desa. Very disappointed to be ur customers for years. 1 more thing, RTK is RM110 compared to othrs RM45 ony. Totally different treatment whn we got to anthr clinic. D doctor & nurses were so very caring & helpful...360° difference. Thanks God to have saved us from such inconsiderate ppl here. Actually, i m dreadful to hv given 1 star but since there's no choice of NO STAR! Dear doctor, do consider on ur nurses' attitude or is it ur rules & regulations?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor Ng personally called to apologise and offered to perform a simple check up even with me being a covid positive, the doctor wore PPE and did the check up outside the back of the clinic to avoid risking other patients.
Upon reaching there, the nurse apologised to me too for the misunderstanding as she did not understand what I was saying.
Very good attitude and very satisfied with their effort to make it up to me. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful experience with Klinik Wellcare Desa. Dr Ng did a great job with my first ever health exam. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience as a first timer for Sinovac vaccination. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The nurses and doctor were all very friendly and helpful. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic. Will definitely come back for next visit.
