(-)Reception at registration should improve her skill as first point of contact. Watch your tone.
(-)Waiting time also quite a while considering no other patient.
(-)Doctor on duty didnt thoroughly check my daughter. Seems inexperienced. Not looking confident. No good interpersonal skill also.

Please improve your speed, waited so long just for RTK. If this continues, people/patient will definitely go for alternative clinic. Improve the speed, with more manpower. The rest u guys are okay
