★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The nurses are really non- attentive and arrogant and their queing system are terrible. If possible, don't visit this clinic as their doctors are all part timers. No point visiting a clinic that doesnt take their patient seriously.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the 4th patient and waited for 1 hour. Every time different doctor. Today is Dr. Dhar#. Kept talking and joking.and laughing and joking inside the consultation room.i believe he is a part timer. What does he care right. I left without seeing him and walk to klinik oasis few shops away which was really good.
Please close down. U are a disgrace to call yourself a doctor. Go treat yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been here for times and this clinic never failed to disappoint me. I came to this clinic because one of the retired doctors used to be my family doctor.
There’s a bell at the counter but no one is attending to you even 10 mins after you pressed it.
Just few patients (less than 5) before me and I had to wait for more than 1.5 hours. The one and only Chinese nurse is behaving really bossy and arrogant, other nurses aren’t as bad but really slow.
Doctor is nice but this is gonna be my last visit to this clinic unless I’m left no choice at all.

That was still acceptable lah, but when the Dr checked on me, he barely said anything except for “lift you sleeve up” & “look at your left side”. I’m having a flu & cough, but he charged me a lot. He barely says anything kot???? Disappointed huh (‘:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sick last Friday and went to this clinic. Doctor that treated me was an Indian uncle, I was caught flu and as per cautious I took a RTK test a day prior and result is negative. I caught flu because I was poured by rain earlier when go to work. The doctor behaviour become so unkind when heard it is flu. He shouted at me when ask me to lift up my clothes, HIGHER! HIGHER! HIGHER!. When turn to back, because my hand can’t lift any higher, he just put his stethoscope on top of my clothes and hear, so unprofessional.
Next day, I called the nurse to get MC slip because I forgot to get one on the day. The nurse told me they can’t issue anymore because submitted to insurance company. Before I can ask next question, my line was hanged out. Super super rude.
I will never visit this clinic anymore.
