β β β β β Wasted 4 hours in waiting to get a snobbish consultation from Dr. Wong. Eventually a 2nd opinion from Serdang hospital proved him wrong at all. He's lucky to have his clinic at busy area and still surviving... but the competency of this doctor is highly questionable. DO NOT WASTE your time and money here.

β β β β β The most disrespectful doctor I ever saw, when my appointment section, I just ask a few question, the doctor straight away ignore my question and ask me to book another section, I ask him why cannot check now, I already booked for this appointment, he said the time I ask question already waste his time for my section so I cannot check today, have to book another time!!!
What a nonsense excuse, is the patient cannot ask questionsοΌ
Terrible service and waste my time, waste my leave, the most terrible klinik in Malaysia

β β β β β My girlfriend was having eye discomfort and need to consult doctor urgently. However, was being told at the counter that the doctor was undergoing an operation. My points are:-
1. No any backup doctors when the the other doctor is not available? It's stated operating hours of clinic is until 5.30 pm.
2. What if the patient is in urgent need to consult a doctor but being told to come another day?
3. The customer service at the counter is so bad.
Please improve, especially the customer service. Being friendly is not a sin.

β β β β β Very true, the Doctor Wong has No Patient to reply the patient patiently. You are not allow to ask a question again, even you dont understand the Answer from him. He will stop you with his Boring face, if you ask again.
Totally no patient so called Doctor ? & not qualify to call a Doctor.
Please learn again in School, what is the meaning of Patient as a Doctor.
Even a friend ask you a question for second time, you should answer patiently. I m not asking you 4-5 times. Only second time...... Come on !!!!!!!!
Be Respect Each Others as a Doctor before you want patient respect you ??????????
I would never come here again.
Dissapointed of this Doctor.

Dr. Wong solved my eye blurry issue and he knew right away what issue I am having.. I'm having this issue for 1 month plus and the previous eye specialist doctor can't solve my issue at all..
Dr. Wong takes his time to explain in detail on my issue and provide great advises. Very friendly, funny, kind, reliable and attentive doctor..
If you want to visit here, make sure you call and make appointment first cuz Dr. Wong got super alot patients.. Super alot patients means you might need to wait few hours for your turn..

β β β β β This clinic is the best ! Dr sangat friendly and suka bergurau ? i went here today for my stye on my eye and dr and his assistant handle it gently to pop my stye because it got worst already. The price is reasonable and everything about here is good ? really recommended β€

The staff are very very rude and always giving questionable and nonsense answers, especially the Chinese lady with no glasses acted more haughty than the doctor. They will make mess of your doubt in your illness and the doctor also not explain well your condition with the reason we won't understand even he had explained.
The customer service here are terribly rude and bad talking skill, and not respecting patients too. They love to take opportunities to scold patients, and they never thank their customers even after payment was made. Waiting time is long despite appointment was made ealier. This clinic is not recommended.

β β β β β Highly recommend. Reasonable charges. Unlike other specialist, dr wong doesn't simply charge any unnecessary fees, sometime not even charging consultant fees for minor visit.
