ローカルエージェントへの問い合わせもしましたが、特にサービス面で契約後も安心と感じたこちらとやり取りを開始しました。
返信に時間がかかるといった別コメントもあるようですが、少なくても私は問い合わせ後すぐにご連絡を頂けたので、そういった不満はありませんでした。
 The Japanese staff and the local staff who are fluent in Japanese are kind and polite.
I also made inquiries to the local agent, but I started to interact with me who felt safe even after the contract regarding the service.
There seems to be another comment that it takes a long time to reply, but at least I was able to contact you immediately after inquiring, so I did not have such complaints.

Our staff, who are fluent in Japanese, provided solid support, from finding a room to troubleshooting and leaving! It was supposed to be a luxury condo in the second year of construction, but there were still various problems, lol. .. ..
It was an exchange of Japanese, so I was really saved without misunderstanding and without stress. Business real estate is also strong, so why not consult us?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This real estate agency's representative contacted my personal number unsolicited, and without my consent. Agent was evasive, vague and eventually unresponsive when I asked questions. One point of concern is that they claim to be tied to GS Realty, in my opinion, one of the dodgiest and most unethical real estate companies in Malaysia. Based on this experience and the association with another agency of poor reputation, I would not recommend doing business with KL Fudousan
