Debit and credit card service is available at this place, it's very convenient!
They thoughtfully separate cats and dogs clinic here.
Most of their drugs are from India. But doctors are kind to discuss regarding treatment that's suitable for our pets. They are unbiased regarding the drugs available here, and are honest to tell that the drug they have is generic and it's better to get from outside pharmacy.
Lab and imaging is also available. If your pet need blood work or Xray this is definitely the place to go. Clinic is clean, no funky smell and they sanitised the examination table right after one session of physical examination.
This place is highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i actually avoided KM pharm before, because i thought its gonna be expensive considering its more like a hospital than clinic. surprise surprise the price is actually comparable to smaller clinics. operation time is longer, more service available, friendly staff, attentive doctors. i'm happy with everything except for the waiting time. i was second in line, i waited 45min for consultation, and another 50min to get my medicine. pls improve this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found out i lost my handphone after arrived the clinic and requested an emergency call from staffs. However, the staff was not willing to help and unfriendly to me. I paid for the calls and learnt about the unhelpful staff to human beings is not likely to take good care of animals too as they just seeing money as whole. Ended up paid the bill, my pet got serious vomit after visited the doctor treatment with no cure his diarrhea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't ever send your pets here.From my experience my cat was having breathing problems and this doctor from India made me wait there for like 4hrs and I can see him running around here and there and there wasn't any staff who looked after my cat and after that he pronounced my cat dead and don't even know what time my cat passed away..What kind of animal hospital are you guys running..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very frustrated with their service. I called to the clinic to ask regarding the vaccination since it’s a public holiday and they said will open and didn’t mention anything about the price changing on public holidays.
When I walk in, the clinic staff is saying that the price is doubled on public holidays which is Rm105 from Rm45.
Dude! Common lah, if you have extra charges please let your customer know when they call you. Don’t give trouble to your customers.
To the clinic head, PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF WRLL ! Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my furkid for the first time. The doctor who treated my dog was young and a little bit inexperienced. She seemed like she was ickified to do the ear cleaning of my dog and forgot to trim the nails. I wasn't satisfied because the vet seems to be very pushy about doing treatment and surgery for my dog. Like hard selling. I would recommend only experienced dog owners to go here as you may know your facts and be able to cross question the vet when given any recommendations for procedures for your pets. This is just my opinion based on my personal experience with 2 of my dogs.
