★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service.. sy beli kereta baru & withdraw NCD kereta lama pindah kereta baru.. salesman ckp register kereta dlu then baru dorg proceed withdraw NCD.. dari awl bulan 8 sampai nk hujung bulan 11 masih xsettle.. Setiap kli tny ckp proses mmg lambat.. sekali sy call pihak insurans utk kereta baru ni, pihak insurans ckp dia tidak menerima apa2 utk NCD.. paling lama proses utk refund NCD pun 14 hari waktu bekerja.. Betul2 kene perbodohkan dgn pihak KOBUDI ni..Dia dh dpt sale, terus x hiraukan pelanggan.. sepatutnya dpt voucher tinted pun kami xdpt.. Alasan yg diberi sbb customer dia pernah kena tipu dgn kedai tinted.. tapi sebenarnya pelanggan yg kene tipu ng dorg??.. X recommend.. xlayak pun utk 1 star
 Very bad service .. sy buy a new car & withdraw NCD old car move new car .. salesman ckp register car dlu then new dorg proceed withdraw NCD .. from the beginning of month 8 until nk end of month 11 still xsettle .. Every kli tny ckp process mmg slow .. once sy call the insurance for this new car, the insurance ckp he did not receive anything for NCD .. the longest process for NCD refund is 14 working days .. Betul2 here fool with this KOBUDI .. He dh dpt sale, continue to ignore the customer .. we should also be able to get a tinted voucher .. The reason given to the customer is that he was cheated by the tinted shop .. but in fact the customer here cheated ng dorg?? .. X recommend .. xlayak also for 1 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ patut xde star pun . very bad . pengalaman buruk sgt berurusan sini . nak cancel susah . Layan customer macam kita lak yg minta sedekah sane . Padahal kita nie cust yg bantu sikt sebanyak bantu komisyen . Byk betul benda pending kena settle sendiri . Hrap Sa mmg x settle problem .
worth xde star pun. very bad. bad experience sgt deal here. It's hard to cancel. Our kind of customer service is like asking for alms. In fact, we are the ones who help as much as the commission. Byk right pending things have to settle on their own. Hrap Sa mmg x settle problem.
