No body around for me to make enquiries in the morning.
The environment in the morning is peaceful but you need to bring your own fishing gear.
Washrooms and prayer rooms are a 5-10 minute walking distance away from the pond located at the restaurant.
You can estimate that the fishing pond area is pitch black at night as no light poles and lighting systems around the pond.
However, I would recomend the area for photo shoots in the morning because of the beautiful scenery at the pond and the restaurant's floating pavilion.
