β β β β β If you could imagine the worst possible place to live in for a overseas study preparatory program, then this is the place. The blocks are old and run down. Facilities are poorly managed. Many dengue cases due to poor sanitation in the grounds. The rooms given to new students are always in terrible conditions and are hardly ever maintained properly. Please donβt stay here if you have a choice.

β β β β β Adequate for four people, strategically and conveniently located
(Everything is out there like fast food, banking, groceries, pasar malam on monday and petrol) , but the building need a refurbish, get dusty really easily and the water is not really clean. But otherwise pretty comfy. No WiFi in room so you had to go to the laundry or the community center to get the WiFI.
There is 2 bedroom, with two bed inside and 1 bathroom/toilet (water will be cut at 12am-6am for some reason). Size is decent for student but the place clearly need a refurbishment.

β β β β β Large area surrounded by a park and multiple stores (fastfood, grocery strores, laundry mart etc.). Unfortunately the apartments are exremely run down with plants growing through the cracks of the buldings. Bathroom were in bad shape, with a PVC water tank hanging above the bathroom. Some building have been painted over, while others are left with paint peeling and moss growing. UiTM management - please update your facilities as the students are your customers.
After 6 months, their facilities have still not improved.
