★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gonna live for years here. Everythings gonna be perfect. Near Giant, Near Tesco, Near McDonald, Near KFC, Near Aeon , near every shop n near breathless if you dont have enough money to survive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place (apartment) is currently allocated for degree-level students of USIM (boys only). the location is very spot on and strategic, close to AEON, TESCO, GIANT, 2 KFCs and 2 McDonald's nearby, Texas Chicken, Kenny Roger's, Domino's Pizza, Bank Islam, a few eateries, all within walking distance (approx 10 min or less), Secret Recipe, Pizza Hut, all about 10 min car journey. very strategic indeed :) happy to be here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this appartment is quite small rather than kknc.. quite noisy because it's located at the center of nilai.... but the facilities are superb... you can even walk to be place that you want because it's too nearby.. like the aeon, launderettes, restaurants and many more..
