★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panggilan yang kami buat memang tak berangkat walaupun telefon banyak kali. Nampak daripada review² ni, macam tu agaknya budaya kerjanya. Mungkin la kan mungkinnnn.
Tandas di Ground Floor pam² tandasnya tak berfungsi. Ada disediakan gayung & baldi. Tapi kenapa tak baiki saja pam tu kan lebih bersih & elok. Boleh nampak orang pun tak kisah nak jirus lepas buang air. Dah kotor la jadinya. Atau mungkin staff ada tandas lain jadi tandas² ni pam rosak pun tak apa la kan staf tak guna. Mungkin la kan mungkinnnnn.
Tandas oku pun sama. Tombol pintu tak ada, pam rosak & sinki bocor. Takkan sebab tak ada staff oku yang guna, jadi tak ada rancangan untuk baiki? Mungkin jugak la kan mungkinnnn..
Kali terakhir pergi, cafe untuk pelawat tak ada. Kalau ada lebih baik, boleh duduk minum air hilangkan dahaga selepas penat & panas terik mentari tengahari. Atau tak apalah, untuk staff saja cukup. Mungkin la kan mungkinnnn..
Yang ada hanyalah vending machine jual biskut², kudap-kudapan & air.
Malangnya, hanya duit RM1 & RM5 diterima. RM10 @ RM20 tak diterima. Nak jadi lebih malang, vending machine macam ada error & tulis tak ada stock sedangkan makanan ada.
Dan jadi lagi malang, dah masuk duit, tekan code, makanan tak jatuh. Tersangkut kat besi bulat tu. Nak kena goncang² pulak vending machine nya baru jatuh.
*Cerita sampingan sahaja pasal vending machine ni akibat penat berulang alik entah berapa kali bila info yang diterima untuk urusan dokumen pernikahan tak sama. Tiap² kali berubah bila bercakap dengan staff yang lain. Telefon pulak tak angkat. Jadi macam mano.
Lain²nya, parking cukup, kawasan bersih & staf peramah juga. Bagus membantu semak dokumen dsbnya. Cuma boleh tambah baik lagi yang lain². InsyaAllah cemerlang gemilang terbilang Keluarga Malaysia.
The call we made did not go off even though the phone rang many times. It seems from this review, that's probably the work culture. Maybe it's possible.
The toilet on the Ground Floor did not work. There are dippers & buckets provided. But why not just fix the pump, it's cleaner and nicer. It can be seen that people don't even care to urinate after defecating. It's already dirty. Or maybe the staff has another toilet so the toilet is broken, it doesn't matter, the staff is useless. Maybe it's possible.
The toilet is the same. No door knob, broken pump & leaking sink. Not because I don't have any useful staff, so there's no plan to fix it? Maybe it's also possible ..
Last time I went, there was no cafe for visitors. If there is something better, you can sit down and drink water to quench your thirst after being tired and hot in the afternoon sun. Or it's okay, for staff alone is enough. Maybe it's possible ..
All there is is a vending machine selling biscuits, snacks & water.
Unfortunately, only RM1 & RM5 are accepted. RM10 @ RM20 not accepted. Want to be more unfortunate, the vending machine looks like there is an error & write there is no stock while the food is there.
And so again, unfortunately, the money came in, press the code, the food did not fall. Stuck on that round iron. Want to be shaken ... the vending machine just fell.
*Only a side story about this vending machine due to being tired of going back and forth, I don't know how many times when the information received for marriage document matters is not the same. Every time it changes when talking to other staff. The phone didn't pick up. So kind of mano.
Other than that, ample parking, clean area & friendly staff as well. Good help checking documents etc. It can only improve the others². InsyaAllah, the Malaysian Family is brilliant and glorious.
