★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome interior and friendly environment. Great internet, amenities, nice and calm atmosphere and very friendly staff (esp. Fikri help me a lot : Komune should give this guy extras + bonus). Really recommended to anyone that interested in co-working place, private workspace or even private office. Keep it up Komune KLCC!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice place! However, the management cooperation is very slow. Before it was such a lovely place for me and I was feeling my self like I am at home. But I have no idea why they dont put toilet papers now. This continues for almost a months. I understand if it would be 1 or 2 days. But 1 month is too much and no improvement at all. So, 1 ? is maximum I can give for this Co Working Space. All would be fine if no this carelessness.

By far, one of the most comfortable Co-working space i have ever been to, it's not overly decorated like other Christmas tree spaces, the decors are sufficient to maintain professionalism, comfort and will always be my first choice to Co-working space among the rest nearby. The PIC, Fikri has been nothing but helpful during our time there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our experience from visiting to signing the contract is very much accommodating. The staff, Fikri is helpful in explaining and helping us in our early months. Same goes to other staffs too. The space is kept clean and location is convenient for our staffs. Keep it up!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a wonderful ambience to it, walking distance to both KLCC and Pavillion. The staffs, Fikri, Kylie and Aieshah are really helpful and professional. The place is clean and well maintained. The individual business suites are cleaned on daily basis and the janitor, Nor is really friendly. I have been renting here since last year and everytime I have my clients over for a meeting, the usual compliment I get about this place is how much it resembles the Korean office concept. Since it is a co-working space, it is a really good medium for networking and meeting like-minded business people. I truly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for an office space to rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komune KLCC has tolerated 1 particular tenant that smoked in the air conditioned meeting room repeatedly, and threatened to sue other tenants incl us, for airing grievance to the managers.
The manager has chose to keep the rude lawyer firm as client, and moved us away to the section further back, for doing Komune a favour. For months leading up to this, the manager has not been doing a good job resolving issues and caved into coercion of the abusive tenant.
I do not recommend Komune for your business, this is not a great place for you to invite your guests and clients over to do a meeting.
Edit: I reposted this review after my associates have received their refund deposit. Even that took a few months for one of them, I suspect Komune faces cashflow issue.

- Receptionist was helpful
- plenty of phone booth
Cons:
- hard to locate in the building as the entrance facing KL convention centre was locked, couldn’t reach them via phone for direction and it’s pretty frustrating
- offer tea bags and coffee but there were no mugs, it’s a huge disappointment
Overall do not recommend as the price for a day pass is quite expensive, considering there’s no snack provided, neither have any mugs for drinks.
Work in any Starbucks nearby would be a better option if you’re not looking for a long term coworking space.
