★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless security guards and it seems that the management of the condo need to improve on the parking management especially visitors parking. Everybody can park at visitor's parking including the tenant. They should observe the house rules and if not just clamp the wheels. Simple rules but they choose to ignore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean surroundings, newly painted building. Has a mini mart & cafeteria. Guard sometimes very strict. Most importantly not crowded. Overall quite ok for a 20(?) yr old condo ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a average kondo. Hv a small swimming pool and the management is doing a Good job to maintaining the building. Nearby many Malays food stalls, and a not far hv a place to do exercise..at bukit kembara. Public bus transportation accessible, but long waiting time.
