★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service.. salah seorang pengajar tersebut tidak menghormati pelajar perempuan dan mnyentuh tanpa sebab saya harap pihak yang berkenaan mngambil tindakan yg sewajarnya.
 Bad service .. one of the instructors did not respect the female students and touched them for no reason. I hope the relevant parties take appropriate action.

Bhd. ni , bagi aku semua okay, tapi aku bagi satu star sebab ada salah seorang pengajar perempuan (N) mulut jahat , mulut nak maki orang je tahu, aku first time bawak kereta pastu die suruh aku bawak dekat jalan raya, kalau dia nak marah sbb cara aku bawak kereta tu tak ape aku boleh terima ini tak dia boleh pulak cakap pasal personaliti aku and pasal family aku, korang bayangkan korang dgn die je dlm kereta and then dia cakap buruk pasal family kau dan pasal diri korang, dia boleh cakap “kenape kau ni lembut sopan je cuba lah kurung kan sikit” ? aku pun macam eh cikgu ni dah kenape aku lembut sopan pun sebab aku hormat cikgu kalau tak aku dah cakap kasar dah - cakap dlm hati, sepanjang 4 jam aku diam je sbb aku hormat dia , aku fikir dia tua daripada aku je kalau tak tahu lah jadi cikgu tu aku buat kan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service/management/staff (some) . Customer yang kena follow up cari tahu bila ada kelas kosong. Kalau tak senyap berbulan, bila ke kaunter customer yang salah sebab tak booking tapi bila mintak tarikh senang jawabnya semua penuh atau 3 bulan ke depan baru ada. Lesen L renew lah berkali2. Macam dema aje yang kerja customer tak kerja ikut suka aje bila nak apply cuti :) belum lagi staff mengata student dekat kaunter. Sekiannn
Bad service/management/staff (some). Customers who have to follow up find out if there are empty classes. If you are not silent for months, when you go to the customer counter for the wrong reason for not booking, but when you ask for a date, the answer is all in full or 3 months from now. L license is renewed many times. It's like when a customer doesn't work, they like it when they want to apply for leave :) not to mention the staff said students are near the counter. Sekiannn

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad bad customer service.... disrespecting the students. Not all of your students are teenagers whom u can push around/ talk sarcastically/ badmouth in front of them. Some of us are working adults. Never told when the seminar exactly started or ended, expecting the students to wait without any info. Not explaining flow of the seminar. Talk about horrendous accidents and blaming the driver/ rider without knowing the full story. I know some of the victims personally, so yeah. Makes me so uncomfortable and angry. Unprofessional teacher. No specific line for seminar/ driving class/ for any query.
