★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poorly maintained buses - NOT reliable. Son boarded bus from putrajaya to kuantan departed at 9.30pm. Bus broke down and passengers stranded in bentong at midnight. It's 2am and they are still waiting for a replacement bus!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver stopped the bus on the highway 45min into the journey from melaka to klia2. Not a word was spoken before continuing the journey. 15 minutes later the bus air conditioning stopped working. Again not a word. My sister had the same experience with another bus from a different company. I guess it's a culture. Too many bus companies in Malaysia do the same: fail to keep their buses up to the required standard. Hopefully this feed back help some people to know who they are. Stay away from this company if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very poor service, bought a ticket for 9 am and the bus arrived only at 9.40 am. The bus operator was very rude as well when asked about the reason for the delays, he basically just told me to f*** off. There are many choices of bus operators in town here in Malaysia, my best advice to fellow travelers is to avoid transnasional at all cost. Not worth a single penny and you are guaranteed to have an unpleasant trip/experience by booking with this trash of a bus operator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hello! Please train all the driver under this company make sure all passenger is on the bus then only just depart from R&R. This company's driver leave my aunty alone at R&R, and the time is around 10pm. She just went to around 10mins for toilet, and all her stuff still on the bus! Please improve the company services!!! Very disappointed for this issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Transnasional is the worst transit ever! We booked a ticket online for our Johor-Kuala Lumpur trip with the departure time of 11:59 PM and the bus came after 3 hours (or more!) The office is closed and the phone number on the site cannot be reached. A person who claimed that he is working for that company told us that there will be no bus coming and offered to just ride another bus but we have to pay again. The locals who are also waiting for a ride to Kuala Lumpur advised us not to agree as most of the time, that's their modus to earn money. When we were angry enough and threaten them that we will report them, that's when he said to wait for 20 minutes and the bus will arrive soon. The bus did arrive after more than an hour after the guy told us to wait for 20 mins. We did ask the driver and the conductor what was the reason of the delay and they never said a word- so rude! It was a terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service.. i took this bus frm teluk intan to kl.. the bus broke down on the highway and waited for almost 2 hours on the highway around 8pm.. no alternative bus provided and the bus driver ask us to go back with own transport since there no replacement bus..what type of bus service u providing when we are paying for the bus ticket..very unacceptable!!there was no foreman coming to fix the problem and they claimed they are on the way for almost 2 hours.. waiting in the darkness , at the highway with old passengers, children…i can say its very lousy and terrible service from transnasional!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bus from tbs to melaka at 6.16 pm but still not arriving, now at 7.40pm, we all wait for more than 1 hour!! all other bus to melaka have arrived except for this transnasional bus!! worst experience ever. never taking this bus again!!
