★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been a fan of this chain's guai lian gao and Liang chai. Ate at several branches in JB, kl, etc. Since they came from centralised kitchen, standards doesn't vary. Only diff between branches is the service of the staff. Some very automatic, straight away bring u the sugar syrup, some wait for you to ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here on a Monday hence very quiet and comfortable. No need to jam with crowd etc.
Ordered the Herbal Jelly 龟苓膏 and newly launched herbal tea 金银花甘草枇杷叶. Had tried this at Petaling Street as a kid years ago.
Nostalgic and yes, still bitter and I still add a lot of the syrup to the jelly. Nice to try once a while or while you feel heaty!
