★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pernah buat loan..tapi dah settlement fully dah 2016..but still...no respon dan still potong duit yuran keahlian 30rm sehingga kini..bila call asyik tak dapat..email no response sebab peti staff dah full.. nak pergi jauh ke kuala lumpur..so apa lagi perlu saya buat?
ever made a loan..but the settlement was fully completed in 2016..but still ... no response and still cut the 30rm membership fee until now..when the call is fun I can't..email no response because the staff box is full .. I want to go far to kuala lumpur..so what else do I need to do?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous company. Selepas selesai fullsettlement dibuat, tiada feedback maklumbalas update berapa bayaran rebet/lebihan potongan. Pemberhentian jadi ahli perlu menunggu 12 bulan??? (entah mati ke hidup lagi nk tggu setahun...) pegawai yg menghubungi juga agak melampau kurang ajar bila di ajukan soalan2.
Ridiculous company. After the completion of the fullsettlement is made, there is no feedback feedback update how much rebate payment/excess deduction. Termination as a member has to wait 12 months ??? (I don't know if I'll die or live again in a year ...) The officer who contacted was also quite rude when asked questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the first time that I was driving to this area and into the off road vicinity. The maps did give me some general idea of the place, since I do use the trunk road to go to Genting High lands and sometimes visit the nearby Batu Caves temple as a tourist. But on my journey this time, I took a turn that went to section one instead of section three. I stopped to ask for the direction at the section one area. The person happened to be my student. What do you know!. Then with a little help and some location directions, like the name of restuarants nearby in the google map, it became a little bit easier to get to the place on time. Thanks google map for the help.
