★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOUSY staff but not surprised at all, coz they've been lousy and lazy all the time. They blocked me from viewing my exam results saying that i didn't pay for 3rd semester tution fee BUT IN FACT I'VE PAID, it's just that they DIDN'T UPDATE THEIR SYSTEM. See, how LOUSY IS THIS COOPERATION. Their staff will only give excuse saying: oh! I am not the staff who is responsible for this, the one who is responsible for this went back (it's still office hour, I don't understand how the staff can leave so early). Nightmare!
