โ โ โ โ โ Saya salah seorang pembeli lot tanah dari Koperasi Tijari Kuala Lumpur Berhad (penjual). Amat kesal dan terkilan dengan tindakan pihak penjual yang tidak memberikan kerjasama semasa dan selepas penjualan di buat. Document perjanjian jual beli tanah sudah mengambil masa lebih dari setahun dan sehingga kini tidak selesai lagi dan tiada guarantee dari mereka. Saya berharap agar orang lain tidak menjadi mangsa seperti saya.
 I am one of the buyers of land lots from Koperasi Tijari Kuala Lumpur Berhad (seller). Very sorry and upset with the actions of the seller who did not provide cooperation during and after the sale was made. The land purchase agreement document has taken more than a year and until now it has not been completed yet and there is no guarantee from them. I hope that others do not fall victim to me.

โ โ โ โ โ I have purchased 1 lot of land from this Koperasi. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with the service given was so bad and I believe if anyone dealing with them will get the same experience like mine. Before the deal happened, everything was smooth. Once payment has been made, the 'customer-landlord' relationship had gone perfectly. Looks like they don't care about request or service that the customer shall get as a buyer. Up to date, my business with them is not settle yet and already 2 years chasing them!!!
