★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perkhidmatan yang sangat menyakitkan hati, tidak menjawap panggilan dan suka menangguhkan bayaran balik. Dah berkali2 pergi ke hq pun belum tentu masalah boleh selesai segera.
 Service is very annoying, doesn't answer calls and likes to delay refunds. Many times going to hq does not mean the problem can be solved immediately.

The most disappointing service in byk2 loan company.Nk talk to the officer on duty xder response.Name dh blacklist in CCRIS record even though loan dh set.Xrekemen directly.

DUIT YG SY BAYAR UTK FULL SETTLEMENT TU KE MANA YE??!!!!
Sy da for full settlement since 2018..but until now sy's name is still x clear..and ade ccris 3 months !!! if the call is direct x answered..pkp 1 ccris 6 months..now 3 months plaque !! Service OUT !!!
WHERE IS THE MONEY I PAID FOR THE FULL SETTLEMENT ?? !!!!

for years asking for a return xdpt .. the latter release here is asking for a new release..until the blacklist..even though it made a full settlement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melengah-lengahkan masa apabila diminta utk memulangkan duit saham walhal sudah matang tempoh berhenti dari menjadi ahli. Berurusan melalui emel disuruh pula menelefon. Langsung tidak menjawab panggilan. Highly not recommended for any PA untuk membuat pinjaman or menjadi ahli
Delay the time when asked to return the share money even though the period to stop being a member has matured. Dealing via email is also told to call. Immediately did not answer the call. Highly not recommended for any PA to make a loan or become a member

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loan dah selesai..dah buat full setlement..bln Mac 2021 lg..tp rekod masih ada lagi dalam ccris bank negara..bila nak buat loan lain, bank tanya ni pinjaman mana? sy ckp dh setel lama dah tapi rekod masih lagi x clear..pastu bank minta penyata penyelasaian tu sbg bukti..call kowamas dh la pyh nk jwb..bila jwb..tu bahagian collection punya kerja..pastu collection ckp tu bahagian akaun..call akaun x dpt2..mmg btl2 menyusahkan laaaa
The loan has been completed..I have made a full settlement..March 2021 lg..but the record is still in the national bank's ccris..when I want to make another loan, the bank asks which loan is this? sy ckp dh set for a long time but the record is still x clear..then the bank asks for the settlement statement as proof..call kowamas dh la pyh nk jwb..if jwb..the collection section has work..then the ckp collection is the account section ..call account x dpt2..mmg btl2 troublesome laaaa
