 This is the first time I ordered coffee from coffee and flowers..to be honest I was very disappointed because my latte is like americano..Can refer to the picture clearly its not a latte its a black coffee.so waste sgt

I ordered through foodpanda.The moment i received my order i was very very disappointed.With one look (because im a coffee lover and i also went to barista class to learn about coffee ) u already can tell whether its a good latte or not .
My order :
LATTE WITH LESS SUGAR
(Esperesso + milk + a tad of sugar )
What i got ? Black coffee with minimal milk (gross taste) it was bad… bad…i end up throwing it away
Please if u really keen on opening a caffee DO learn,take a lesson,barista class or etc.Seek knowledge
Because ur customer not just an average customer ..they do know abouy coffee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definition of LATTE: a type of coffee made with espresso and hot steamed milk, milkier than a cappuccino.
What I got when asking for hot latte in this shop: 8 ounce of cold milk, not espresso shot and sweet even I ask for no sugar as LATTE supposed to be.
I'm not critical foodie but coffee brew such as latte is something that I drink on daily basis, so i'm sorry for the harsh criticism but THIS IS NOT LATTE, far from its name.
When ask why my latte is cold, the crew told me is because of the milk. Huh? So u don't steamed your milk as latte supposed to be? Where is your milk steamer and froth?
Take note that they don't see any Espresso machine here so I don't know what type of beans they used but certainly not any robusta or arabica. They also use UHT milk instead of fresh milk ?. I can't even swallowed the rest of the drink.
This is misleading advertisement. Don't say u have latte and charge at latte base price RM9.90 when you serve 'kopi susu'. The price of coffee brew per cup is expensive is because the methods, skill of the barista and the machine is different than just kopi susu.
The 2 star is for the ambiance of the place, relaxing and instagrammable. The food that we order is pancake just okay.
